Deborah is here to save your business. Hi, I am a virtual assistant that you can rely on. I focus mostly on assisting as a customer service representative and leading groups to ensure customer satisfaction. I also process paperwork, ensuring that the correct forms are submitted to the correct departments, by viewing the work’s progress in our computer system. This is a multi-step process that requires consistency and great attention to detail.

I am a timely, organized, efficient and effective employee and a mom of 3 kids. I have a BS in Business Administration, a BA in Criminal Justice and am currently pursuing a Ph.D in Psychology. I have 8 years of administrative experience and 12 years of customer service experience. I am a motivated individual with the drive to complete each task with excellence, and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. I have great attention to detail and an ability to work independently, without the need for constant supervision. I have excellent communication, writing and computer skills. I have a great deal of experience using databases (SQL Server, Access, FoxPro), creating reports and using a web-based scheduling system (Calendly, SmoothPay). I have used MS Office products and am familiar with working within team structures.

As a lead generations virtual assistant I have the ability to generate and organize multiple opportunities within a database system, using the CRM tool. I have the ability to interact with clients and bid on opportunities for existing clients. I am also able to reach out to potential clients and provide them with a free consultation and then bid on projects. This involves scheduling meetings, phone calls and emailing. I also have the ability to use promotional tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook and LinkedIn. I assist in posting projects and bid on projects on behalf of the firm. I also engage with the communities to promote high quality work and positive reviews.
